With SRE.ai's Instances features, users decide which specific Salesforce organizations to connect to.

SSO is required when connecting to Salesforce for the first time, whether to a Salesforce Production Org or a Salesforce Sandbox.

Once connected to specific Salesforce Instances, SRE.ai can be used to:

  • Automate deployments

  • Automate sandbox testing

  • Manage Salesforce organizations through a chat interface


How it works

Prerequisites

  • Salesforce credentials with one of these permissions:

    • Modify All Data

    • Modify Metadata Through Metadata API Functions

  • Access to a developer account for sandboxes

Click "+ Connect Production" to connect to select production instances inside your Salesforce account.

Click "+ Connect Sandbox" to select sandboxes inside your Salesforce account.

The Instances landing page lists a table of existing Instances.

The following table elements can be customized:

  • Status

    • Active

    • Inactive

  • Visible columns

    • Status

    • Created By

    • Last Updated

  • Number of rows per page

    • 10

    • 20

    • 30

    • 50

    • 100
